Frances Carlisle, Esq., will discuss estate planning with your pet in mind. Ms. Carlisle is admitted to practice law in New York, New Jersey, Florida, and California. She is member of the Animal Law Committees of the New York City Bar Association and the American Bar Association. Her presentation will cover Leona Helmsley leaving her Maltese, Trouble, $12M; bequesting your dog to a caretaker; pet trusts; and pets with longer life-spans.
